2 moths is a long time, in the last two we have seen 256Gb SSD's fall from £130 on offer to £100 and likewise HDD's have dropped in cost untill you are ready to pull the trigger on your order its not really worth asking as a build today may not give you value for money when you want to buy.
Prices may rise or fall of course but generally speaking you will get a faster PC for the money the longer you wait. I would expect you to be able to get something in the region of a 3570k possibly a 3770k with either a 7950 or gtx670 for that sort of money though.
Things to consider will be the form factor you want, mine is tiny but the Mobo costs more and there's limits on GPU length and ofc what res and screen size you want.
Have a mooch about a high street retailer or go to OCUk if its close enough and ask them to show you the different monitor resolutions and decide which works for you, also try a mech keyboard if you get chance, they are not for everyone but many like them.
(I'm not suggesting for a second you buy on the high street though as the prices tend to be mentally high)
