New Gaming/Editing Rig, Any Issues?

Hey,

This is the computer i've spec'd over the last few days.

With this computer I want to be Overclocking my Intel Q9450 from its 2.66Ghz to about 3.4Ghz, and was wondering if that CPU Cooler will do the trick, or should I go with the Tuniq Tower? Also, will the TT even fit?

I'm not sure about bottlenecking, with the 800Mhz Ram, or is that not a problem at all? As that motherboard can cope with Ram up to 1200mhz should i get ram at that speed, because i've heard some voltage issues etc?

Over time, I want to be adding another 4870 and that would be about it

Idea's, issues and any input is welcome. Thanks for reading

All looks good to me, people will recommend the TT over that cooler though

get x38 mobo for same price if you want to crossfire.
I would get TT.
Are you going to play games only on it ? If yes, why Q9450 ?

rest looks fine.
And get Logitech G5 laser mice if u aint got it yet

Well i plan on playing Crysis, and Video Editing. Is this CPU not good enough to play Crysis or anything lol?

What x38 mobo should i get? Should i get the Maximus Formula, or the Asus P5E?

Bare in mind i want to be overclocking my CPU.

id get the Q6600 if your overclocking and save a load of money.
