Hello All,

I was wondering if you guys could shed some light on deciding what Gaming Headset I should buy? I have been looking for a while and just cant decide.

I need a headset within a £100 range (Can go over if needed but not excessive). I mostly do FPS Gaming so I want that all round experience with noise. I listen to music often but the Headset will be mainly for gaming.

I have been thinking about three options:

Asus Vulcan ANC Pro

QPAD QH-90

Sennheiser HD558 With a clip-on Mic

Or is there any other recommendations you guys might be able to add?

Cheers!

Sennheiser if you plan on wearing for long periods. You'll often forget they are on, get up and pull them out of PC/AMP - maybe not a good selling point :)

I have heard really good things about the Sennheiser's, I was just wondering if any other members have experienced any other quality headsets :)

I will be wearing it for long periods, so comfort is really a must.

I have a set of QPAD QH-90's and if you want comfort these would be hard to surpass. Mind you they block out all noise to the extent I didnt even hear the mobile ringing about 3 feet from me ;)

received my QPAD QH-90 today. great sound quality in movies and games!
rewatched a couple of movies with the headphones and have to say they are awesome! haven't tried video games yet though.

they do feel a bit heavy at first but they are the most comfortable headphones i have ever worn. the ear cushions are super comfy! feels like your head is between two feathered pillows :)
