New Gaming mouse

Hi,

So my current Razer Lachesis is terrible, and I never liked it from the moment I first tried it, but I gave it a chance and kind of grew to like it. But nows the time to get a new mouse after having it for well over a year and it's doing my head in! I've got £40, and can push a little bit further if it is a spectacular mouse..lol. I'd like to stay away from Razer mouses this time. So basically, summed up, I've got £40, which mouse should I buy and why ?

I've gone for the Logitech g400 on offer this week only @ £26.99 from ocuk. Seems to be regarded as one of the best for gaming!
