Watercooling: Corsair h100i
SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8gb (2x4gb) 1600mhz
HDD: Western Digital 1tb blue

Budget is £750
I'm going for a red and black themed build

Would there be much of a performance increase from switching to skylake?

Small increase, as your looking at the 4 core variants then I would go with Skylake.
