New Gaming Pc Build Advice £750 budget

Hi there,
My friend would like to build a gaming pc and I said I would help him I have built one pc before but I'm not sure if there will be different parts for the games he wants to play.
He has no case or anything our budget is around £750 and he wants to play games such as : Fallout 4 and the rest of the fallouts, doom, the crew, forza, call of duty, gta ect..

I'm in a similar position. Look at the citizen gaming build offer. Taking Windows off, can get it for just over £700.
Can also swap parts out that's not on options by calling them after order has been placed.
