My 14 year old nephew is wanting a new gaming PC will also be used for school work too. I have not built a new PC for many years,so could do with some advice. I have an old ATX case, that I could give him to save some cash, if it can still be used with the newer motherboards and he wants it. He already has screen but wants a second 24" screen, likewise has keyboard and mouse already. Is AMD the way to go for the best bang for the buck these days?
What would be the best bang for the buck spec including the following CPU, Mainboard, GPU, Memory, Storage, PSU, Case and OS please?
Thanks in advance

Budget increased to £800/850 now. Is intel and their 11th generation still better value than AMD? How well would the integrated GPU work for Fortnite to tide him over till graphics card drop in price/supply increases?
