New Gaming PC for under 1k

Hi guys,

I am in need of a new gaming pc and require your assistance.

The PC would be for playing the new COD.

Below are a few details.

Case - I am ok with a standard midi, BitFinex case. The perspex window does not appeal to me.
Motherboard - some of these motherboards cost a fortune, would I even need these features ?
RAM - I would like a minimum of 16GIG of DDR4 RAM
CPU - Was thinking of i5 6700K - would consider an I7
SSD - 250GB
PSU - 600W +
GPU - 1070
OS is not required.

I would prefer a CPU that is not overclocked.

If you want a CPU that's not overclocked, get a CPU that's clocked high stock like a 6700K. I don't think you need to buy an overclocked CPU because you're on overclockers...

I was going to build it myself. But have thought about a ready built system (for warranty). To keep within budget, I have downgraded a few items.

Will be ordering this weekend.
