I'm assuming here you just need the base unit itself since you don't say otherwise. The below system should be suitable, it ought to overclock nicely but if you want to save £70-100ish you could knock the CPU down to a 4300 or 6300 and overclock and it shouldn't be all that far behind.

I would spec a system but it would be so similar to the above two it would be pointless 
I agree with both of them, leaning towards semi-pro waster's spec as he has remembered a CPU cooler! But then Will_3rd has had the good sense to go with a sata dvd writer... a fusion of the two would be your best bet
