Hi guys,
Finally decided to upgrade my 5 year old tower but I'm pretty out of date with the latest cpu's and GPu's etc. PC will only be used for gaming and general day to day browsing

and upgrading the processor to the 3900x, good move? not sure on the GPU though, will the 5700 xt suffice for latest gaming titles.
Obviously as I'm looking at the above system budget will be around the 2k area. Any help would be appreciated
