Now i've never built a pc before but have watched a few tut's on them and seem fairly confident in doing it BUT... i do like the idea of a 24 month warranty on the rig and have also seen these two pre-builts:

Both look pretty stunning and quite future proof for awhile at least.Would it be wise to self build with that amount of money or is it best to go pre built with the Titan 450i sabre as they're pretty close spec's and get piece of mind or if i spend some more and choose Envy im getting a rather good long lasting sexy looking pc?
Thanks in advance
