New Gaming Rig

This is another one of those spec me threads. Looking to for a new gaming rig, I've been out of the PC loop for a while as my last system was an overclocked Q6600. Ideally I have a budget of £1300-1400 for the system, and would like to include WC for the CPU (if it fits in the budget), or at least a case that will be able to take a WC step up in the future. Usage is a mixture of MMO's and FPS's (Guild Wars 2, Battlefield 3), along with a bit of design from work (AutoCAD, sketchup).

Components not required are mouse, keyboard, speakers, monitor. I have windows 7,but would want to add an upgrade to Win 8

The 3770K may be enough, depending on the work you bring home, if it is not to intensive.
Have not added a cooler, seems a watse of money, if you are going to watercool the Cpu.
