I've had my current PC for going on 7 years now, so a new one is long overdue. I've come up with the following spec and just want to get some second opinions and see if anyone can suggest any alternatives if needed. I'm looking to buy in the next 4 weeks. I don't know if there's any thing significant coming out in the next month with waiting for?

It'll be used mainly for gaming. A 120hz monitor is a must as is good cooling as my room tends to get quite warm. Must be able to run csgo and world of tanks at full whack and heavily modded skyrim. Will also only be overclocking the CPU. The mobo while good seems pricey. Wondering if there's a slightly cheaper one that will suit my needs, though I do like the orange colour coordination. Budget is around 1400.

K2 coolers are a tight fit on these boards. You may need to put some electrical tape on the fan clips to help prevent touching the gfx card.

A solution to this is go for a H105 all in one water cooler.

And finally there is a nice 850w PSU from seasonic on this weekend only deal.

Thanks stulid. I had been looking at all in one coolers, but the performance over a top air cooler seemed fairly negligible considering the price. But I can stretch to it if getting a big air cooler on that mobo will be a pain. I'd rather not have to bodge it together.

That is a rather tight fit. All in one system it is. Thanks. Anything else need a second thought or is it well rounded as it stands?

Looks like its been well thought out overall.

As mentioned there is a £10 cheaper seasonic 850w bronze modular PSU on offer.

That's about it.

Regarding the cooler rad, do they usually get mounted on the top with the fans in a pull configuration?
