Been waiting for the new AMD 955 to comeout before i finalised my spec.

Heres what i have


This is where i need some help, I really cant decide on the RAM and Case, I dont want to go to far past the 1000 mark, and would prefer it to be in stock, since i want to order it tommorow

Just 1 thing, would i need to flash the bios to be able to boot with the 955? DOnt currently have a computer so flashing it will be hard :p

Is it possible OC can flash it (if needed) before its sent?
 
I wouldn't think it would need flashed, that would only really happen with the AM2+ motherboards when installing an AM3 CPU. You should be fine with that.
 
Since i wish to order it tomorrow, decided to change the case since the fortress is out of stock, and i quite like the bling of the antec. Opted for 2 hard drives as well

WAIT! Remove the Antec and get a Cooler Master HAF 932, considering that it blows away the Antec 902 for £3 more!
And replace the Corsair with OCZ Platinum, as they go to 1600+ and are cheaper
Also replace the Be Quiet with a PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Quad-SLi PCI-E 750W Power Supply for £2 cheaper?
And replace the Gigabyte with a MSI 790GX-G65?
Then I'd replace that XFX because it uses the stock cooler with a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4870 1024MB GDDR5 (with the custom cooler) for £1 more.

Also if you have an existing OS, use that one until Windows 7 comes out.
 
Why the MSI? i read around and the majority suggested the Gigabyte main reason being its a very good make

Ive been looking at the OZC Platinum for the last 2 weeks and have yet to see them in stock, and really want to order this tomorrow, since i currently dont have a pc

Changed to the sapphire, not sure about the PSU though, everyone raves about how good be quiet are, after reading various reviews i opted for that.

The PC P&C are very good also but are not modular where as the BeQuiet are. Re gfx card the saphhire has the better (quieter) cooler but the XFX is factory OC'd so your call
