New GCard

Hi,

My poor old Nvidia 9800GT died last night and now I'm in need of a replacement.

Can anyone reccomend a cheap card that will do the same job on a PSU thats about 350/450 W (can't remember its output off the top of my head)

Prices aren't bad atm so unless you want something different why not use something that you know works in your current rig.

Hi,
As for budget, I dont really wanna spend more than about £60 as I will be making a new computer in the next year.

I just need something to tide me over, Preferably as close to the 9800GT as it can be.

Will only really be used to run WOW and CSS.

Just get a 4850.

Great card and you will be able to use it in your new rig.

Better than spending £60 on a card that you will probabley be unhappy with, imo.

HD4770 would be perfect, altho over budget.

Compeats with 250/4850's and costs £10/15 less!

If i was getting a budget card these days, no doubts it would be the 4770.
