Agree with DaveyD but I'll be getting GOW purely for the single player. Suppose the multiplayer will be ok for a quick blast with mates.

I've read bits and bobs about GoW.
I can't remember properly, are they doing co-op for the main story?

Gears of War hype reminds me of the Brute Force hype on the XBOX. It was supposed to be a "Halo Killer" but was poop. I dont like 3rd person view games trying to be FPS.

this game looks so awesome and hyped perfectly

personally i think it's all about the co-op gameplay in it, but the multiplayer looks slow and almost tactical from that video so mojority of players maybe wont enjoy it leaving not so many people playing the game

Neither do I really, except Max Payne 1 and 2 are 2 of the finest games ever made. Resident Evil 4 was excellent also.
