What resolution will you be running at and what is the rest of your rig?

In general though, the answer should be 'a lot' :p

A 5850 with a Q6600 @ Stock will be a bit of a bottleneck though mate. Would try and at least OC to 3.0ghz. (Which should be a piece of cake)

If you dont fancy overclocking a 5770 would be a good bet.

yeah i have never overclocked before so not to sure about doing that unless i know what i am doing, but i will have a look at the 5770.

How much of a performance increase would i see with the 5770 card ?

Many Thanks :D

Heres a few links mate, showing both games and the 5770 keeping up at that res no problems.

However both reviews were done with overclocked cpu @ 3.6ghz.
Think if I was in your shoes and had the money would definately read up on overclocking your Q6600. (Its easier then you think!) Then splash out on a 5850 for a touch more future proofing. If however your looking to save a few quid the 5770 and a overclocked cpu will serve you well for what your playing at the mo!
