New GFX card

ok so here is my situation, i have just recieved back a partial refund for a powercolour 4870 gfx card that went faulty after 18 months of us,

i only got back a third of what i paid for it from OcUk which i wasnt very happy about at all, but nevermind thats a different story, anyway im looking for a replacement and my budget it about 130 tops, so what im asking for is some suggestions

no, they said this wasnt possible, i paid 165.00 for that card 18 months ago and all i got back from it being faulty was 65.00

so did i, but i kept being told when i contacted them by a webnote, they told me that if a replacement isnt possible, then they refund the customer, if the product is over 6months old then only a partial refund can be given. This is was really p****d me off as i thought i would be given a replacement of the same or modern equivilant.

That's not a good deal.

I believe 4890s can be had for £130.Well worth it if no DX11 support isn't a problem.

nope its not a good deal, but this company seems to be a broken record, they keep repeating the same thing. the funny thing is, is they tell me that a replacement isn't possible, but havn't stated why?
