Hi guys currently have a GTX 780 which is getting sent back to the supplier due to a couple of faults.

The choices will be either a refund(which wont be an option as I need a card!)
A replacement GTX 780....
Or two 770 cards in SLI.

I am only running on one monitor for the moment, but it is a 120HZ monitor 1080P.

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are please? I know the options are probably overkill for 1080P but I could moving onto a 1440P monitor within the next few months.

Kind regards

SLI will offer you a big jump in FPS though it can be a hassle to get it working properly, some titles don't fully support it and so on....

Single card is less hastle, can overclock more (due to less heat) and ultimately less money, and it will still rip through games little a hot knife through ... well anything really. :)

1 vote here for GTX 780. :)

Okay great thanks for the opinions, I am a sucker for quietness!

Just out of curiosity will I be monitor bottlenecked and will the 770's not scale very well with it? Or is the new generation better for scaling?
