Another one of these threads :D

Currently running a 560ti 1gig card with BF3 & BC2 being my main games @ 1080p but I do like to record footage just for messing with and find that the card struggles especially on 64 man servers.

Basically running in Medium with Vsync on (Get quite a bit of tearing without) and recording with Dxtory in medium quality at 720p. If I start upping the settings at all I lose my 60fps which is really important to me.

TBH honest coming from console anything I'm playing still looks pimp but I would like to get a bit more.

With that in mind I have a few options which I'm completely stuck on !

Not really into Overclocking, I just want to plug it in and be done with it.

Is a 670 going to be total over kill ? Should I go for a reference card ? Been looking at he MSi Twin Frozer or Msi ref cards

Or go for a 7870 or wait for the 660 :confused:

Any suggestions ?

What Hard drive are you recording on? That is also a major factor. You need around 100mb/s sequential read/writes to be able to record at Medium quality on DxTory.

That processor and memory is sufficient to run a 670, well worth the money as your essentially getting a 680 with a little oc and way cheaper!
What is your budget? If you can afford it a 670 will not let you down in the slightest at 1080p (:
