I have an FM2 chip 5800K (3.2 gig) and 8 gig ram. Currently have an ATI 6790 and although ok in some games it is crap in Crysis 3. I was contemplating a superclocked 660 2 gig or a 7850 2 gig. My monitor does 1920x1080 and thought it's better to go for the 2 gig variant 7850 rather than the 1 gig.

Maybe the 7850 will work better with my system as the chip is AMD? also worried about bottle necking as the chip although good is not the best out there.

I have £200 to spend. Suggestions most appreciated.

Performance won't be enhanced because you're running AMD. However for ~£200 your best bang for buck is either a 7870 or 7870XT or 7950. Gigabyte 7950 can be had for about £239.99 I think. Over budget but you'd probably regret it if you got a lesser card for a small saving. A decent 7870 probably around £180-190.
