So, I had two 980tis running fine and went ahead and put waterblocks on them both. I did this with my 980s and never once had a issue. So after doing the samething i went to turn my pc on. The psu switched itself on and off 3 times and now my mobo is showing error code 00.

No display or anything. Ive tried unplugging the gpus and only using 1 stick of ram and am stilling getting 00. I even tried a new psu and samething.

Whats worse is everything is watercooled even the mobo itself so am going to have to strip my entire system apart and work out what the problem is :( does anyone else have a idea? Mobo just given up or?

Specs in sig.

After searching around google i read that it may be that your LN2 jumper has been set to the enabled position by accident. Check that and then press q-reset. Hope it helps.

I found the issue, For some reason it seems some of that liquid metal thermal paste stuff managed to find its way under the shield. During gpu install it looks like it moved and shorted some chips. So the mobo is dead, wouldn't even turn on now.

I ordered a white sabertooth, installed it today and we are back. Gpus, ram and cpu all fine! Am very lucky the mobo was the only thing that took the hit.

Commiserations for your old motherboard. I hate it when I needlessly ruin a piece of hardware.
