new GPU installed, is my GPU and CPU running correctly ?

Just wanted to know if CPU and GPU settings were right
I didn't realist the 5700 xt drops voltages and fan speeds to zero or near lol
I'm setting it so it doesn't do that to test idle, I'll have to update again tonight
