new gpu suggestions

looking to upgrade my gpu, got about £150 to spend.

current cpu is an i5 2320 3.0GHZ, but will be looking to upgrade motherboard and cpu after christmas to haswell.
Decided to go with gpu first due to getting new case (corsair 350D) and the current gpu only being a geforce gt 620.

would prefer nvidia but open to amd suggestions as well.

A 270X - £5 over budget but it includes BF4.

Nvidia has nothing to compete at this price range.

Unless you really need a feature that Nivida provides then you would be much better of with Amd really unless your looking at a 780ti Nivida really is not got anything to offer that amd wont do faster for less
