New GPU time - Spec me please

Getting all the small bits out of the way, so now its time for the gpu to have an upgrade.

Im currently using a sapphire HD 4830, which is a pretty decent card, but is underpowered. In Xfire, it can out perform OC GTX 260, but theres no point in buying a "Dead" card, where theres HD 6 series/ GTX 460's for around the £100.

Itll be used to play BF3, ES skyrim and dirt3.

Im no fanboy, so either Nvidia or ATi will do.
Id like at least 1 year warrenty, but the higher the price, the more warrenty Id want. Also like to have a branded gpu (sapphire, MSi, etc...)
It needs to fit into a Xigmatek Asgard mid case (Ill get measurements now, but its not a lot of room)

Id not like to spend anymore than that.

Ideally Id like to have a fairly energy efficient setup, and a nice CF/ SLI combo if games every get that demanding.

if you not got a thing against refurbs, it got a 1yr warranty.

I wont need the power of the 480 right now, plus Id like a branded model.
£120 is stretching the budget, Id like to spend sub £100, but Im only going to £120 for the 460/ HD 6850.

EDIT:
Actually, theres some deals to be had with them, might consider the refurbed 460, or the 480 if I can get the extra £££, but the 480 is HOOOOGE.
