New Gpu wanted - CPU limiting?

I have an E5200 running at 3.37 gig, currently using an ATi 4850 512. Is it worth dropping a 275 GTX in there? will my CPU limit it? how good are the E5200's at 3.37 gig?

Shouldn't really at the settings you'd normally use a GTX 275 for.

What's your motherboard? Is it that or cooling/noise preventing higher clocks?

Motherboard is an Asus P5N MX, no voltage options.

Don't bother considering getting any current graphics card, wait for ATi's DX11 cards until you decide what card to get.
