Change it to this

think it's a lot better in nearly all areas.

today, intel's lga 1155 platform remains the best bet for a gaming rig. and not only for its budget-oriented performance, which is great, but also for its potential. start with a cheap core i3 and an inexpensive discrete gpu. then, upgrade later to an ivy bridge-based chip and a faster graphics card without imposing any sort of bottleneck.

You'll need to switch the motherboard to a socket 1155 as well. Get one in similar price to the one you picked.

take your pick

In terms of GPU around the 100-150 mark I'd hesitate to buy a new card at that price unless you intend to go closer to £150-200 in that case get a ATI 7850.

I'd buy a second hand 5870 for around £100 on certain auction and second hand sites.

If you can put your PSU up to 500w it would help future proof your PC a lot, for adding extra HDDs and graphics cards etc.
