New GPUs this year … worth pre ordering ?

Hi I’m looking to make a new pc at the end of the year but is it worth pre ordering the new release of GPUs?

just when it comes end of year I don’t want an issue trying to get one

This is obviously when they are able to be preordered I assume mid to late of year.
