New Graphic card

Hi,

Im looking into getting a new card and i think i made my mind up (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-114-MS&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1810).

The problem is i only have a 450w PSU so im guessing i will need to upgrade that aswell? and i dont have that much money to spare, so if anyone could recommend a good but reasonably priced PSU would help a great deal.
