New Graphics card and Power supply Questions

So I made a thread a couple weeks ago asking about an upgrade to my current crappy GPU. I came to a conclusion, based on your valuable input to purchase the HD 6850, I was looking around on the Overclockers shop website and saw a number of different Makes of the same card.

I was looking into buying this:

http://overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-020-HS

However when i search, i see the same card made by XFX or Sapphire but a lot more expensive, is it worth it to go with another make for better performance etc?

As for the PSU: http://overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-033-CS&tool=5

This is a question about compatibility, here is my motherboard information (I guess all the info I need is the connectors but here is a link for more info http://www.uktsupport.co.uk/advent/pc/PQD4003.htm):

Connectors:
1x PCIe 2.0 x16 slot
1x PCIe 2.0 x1 slot
2x PCI slots
1x IDE: ATA 133
4x Serial ATA(SATA)/RAID SATAII supporting RAID 0, 1 & 10

I wanted to know, will the card and PSU work with my computer?

(Sorry for the wall of text)

I would suggest going for this and this. Its a good basis for the system and the PSU is much higher quality and has more headroom than that corsair 430W.

As you mention in your earlier thread - you are currently using a 2.2GHz Phenom 1. Until you upgrade this CPU, you will be CPU bound in many modern games and your new GPU won't be able to shine.

Oh I see, well I guess it might just be better if I wait a bit and buy a new PC. :) @cmndr_andi

Sorry, I didn't mean to throw you off the idea of a PSU and GPU upgrade - in fact I think its your best option if you want to play some games.

With a Phenom 1 and a GTX 460 (or similar modern card) you will will be able to play most modern games perfectly well, but there will be a few where you have to turn quite few settings down to get them running happily.

Then when you are in a position to upgrade the motherboard, RAM and CPU - you will be able to carry over your PSU and graphics card and unleash its fully potential (you could even add a second card in SLI if you have the money).
