Have you disabled the on board 7660 in your bios settings?
Maybe its trying to power both devices but theres not enough juice.
If you haven't then I would start there first. If you don't know bios maybe you have a friend who does.
Edit: just been reading up on embedded GPUs and it seems that some people have had trouble disabling integrated GPUs in the bios and have simply just gone into the Windows device manager and disabled it there, then rebooted and installed their new GPU.

havnt tried to disable the 7660d yet.but i will give it a try and hopefully it wioll work =) .thanks for the replies.if it doesn't work im sure ill be back to harass you good people tomorrow :p
