New Graphics card, Computer will not boot.

Recently purchased Sapphire Radeon RX 480 Nitro+ OC 8192MB, Straight swap for my 7970 and now my computer doesn't boot, the USBs doesn't even come on if that helps. Old graphic card still works and boots the system.

Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Intel Z77
Intel Core i7-3770K 3.50GHz
Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750M High Performance 750W
Corsair Neutron Series 120GB
Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 16GB

Any help is much appreciated.
