New Graphics Card Inquiry

im lookin to buy a new Graphics Card for around £50. I have atm a Nvidia 9500 GS

Thanks for the reply, i have a quick question.

Is the "Asus GeForce GT 440 SILENT 1024MB GDDR3 PCI-Express Graphics Card" better than a "Geforce GTS 250"

I ask because my friend has one he said i could have

The GTS 250 is faster but only DirectX 10, GTS 440 slightly slower but not by much and is Directx 11
