EDIT: sorry i forgot to add i mainly game at 1680x1050

Either a 320MB/640MB 8800 GTS or 512MB 2900XT, you can easily get a 8800 GTS 320MB model for under £200 and with cash to spare, but you'll have to cough up another £30 ish to get a 640MB model or a 2900XT. Differences? Mainly just the resolution you play at and a little more future-proof on the 640MB 8800 GTS/512MB 2900 XT. If you are playing under 1650x1050 and plan on staying under that res for a good while, then go with the 320MB else I'd probably end up forking out for one of the others mentioned.

Noticed you edited with the resolution after I typed all that :P But it's still valid, so posted it anyway

A Oc'ed gts 320 can be had for <£200. But at your res it might pay to future-proof yourself a bit and shell out the £30 for the 640mb Leadtek which'll proberbly last you longer. However if you can streatch go for the Oc'ed 320's :)
