New graphics card, now PC won't boot! :o(

Just tried upgrading from a 7900GT to a 8800GTS 320mb, but all I get are 5 beeps from my mobo, and no display!

Spec as follows :-

Asus A8N 32 SLI Deluxe
Athlon X2 4200+
2gb DDR400
2 SATA HDD
2 SATA DVDRW
2 120mm fans

All running from a 430w Seasonic PSU, could this not be powerful enough to run the GTS? I've seen posts of lesser PSU's running one, but it would be just my luck! :(

I'd go out on a drunken wimb and say your PSU ain't up to the job and it is a drunken one so just ignore me :rolleyes:
