Hey,

I think the time has come to upgrade my card. Atm i've got a Leadtek 6800 NU 128mb. Now I havnt really wanted a new one for a while now pureley because WoW just doesnt need a decent card to play smoothly.. but ive noticed the performance isnt great when fighting in 40 man raids and well other games too.

Since playing WoW has eaten up my time ive got no real knowledge of the new gfc cards that have come out.

So could you recommend me one under £150 that's better than my current one?

Thanks :) :) :)

EDIT: must be AGP! =)

okay thanks guys, but are you sure the X800 will outpeform my 6800 nu by along way?

I've just seen the BFG GeForce 7600 GS OC 512MB DDR2 HDTV/DVI (AGP) - Retail (GX-031-BG)

looks damn good for the price, anyone know about this card?

Thanks =)

The 7600GS is about as quick / slightly faster than a 6600GT. So about the same performance of your 6800nu. Dont be fooled by the fact it has 512MB of ram, its too slow to properly utilize it & the extra ram just adds to the price. The X800GTO will be about 40% faster, but thats about as good as you will get in your price range.
