Ok im currently sporting a 7950GX2 with a Pentium E2180 running at 3ghz
now the card is the oldest part of the PC, literally got it when it was first released! so i feel im ready to throw in the towl and get a new Card:-
I play on a LCD tv, 1360 x 798 resi, so i dont "think" im in the market for a big beast of a card, but I would like something that can handle WOW Cod and the likes at said res.
Im in a toss up between the GT 8800, which i was tempted to get about 6 months ago, or these new radeons, 4850 is it? should I get the "under £100" cheap and cheerful 8800, will it be better than my GX2 (which is a beast of card reliable to the bone) or should i spend the extra?
