New graphics card

Hey folks, just wanted to get some opinions on whether or not this is a good purchase.
Thinking of getting this:

Along with this

Only want to spend around 200 pounds on the pair, pretty sure im gona get this combo but just checking theres not something horribly wrong with either!

Other hardware:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 S775 2.33ghz
Corsair Memory 4x1GB 240-Pin DIMM
Play at 1680x1050
Not sure on my power, will check

Would save £50 or so and would be more than enough.
