new graphics card

I want a new card for my new system that i will be building soon.
It will be used in a Asus Crosshair III Formula motherboard with a AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 965 cpu.
I do not do any gaming but do watch a lot of HD content through the computer.

Could anyone spec me a card that is good for this and not overly expensive.

HD5770 or HD4650, depending whether you consider DX11 important enough

If you're considering a DX11 card go for the 5750. It's cheaper than the 5770 but still has plenty of grunt to deliver full HD content.
