New Graphics Card

I have a HIS 1GB 4870. I think that this creates a lot of heat and unnecessary noise. Follow the link for the picture.

How could I improve from this?

Would I be able to sell the 4870? It's an OEM version, so it's just the card that came with the pre-built system.

You would be able to sell it but i think your warranty on the pre-built system may be void. Personally id sell it and put an extra £50 towards a gtx460
