So I accept I am hardly cutting edge with my rig but I want to check something.
I am an occasional gamer, currently playing Shogun 2, at 1920x1200.
My rig is as per signature below.
I am thinking of getting a 6870 at around £130, I do not want to spend more......I have a Antec 500w earthwatts PSU.
In theory looking at Anandatech this will give me a massive increase in performance but will my CPU bottleneck this card.
At present I am seeing around 30fps with the 5750 any guesses what I will see with the 6870?
