New Graphics Catrd help

Ok well after 4 years of having 2 ATI 3870's one has died ( R.I.P lol ) I still have one left but i want to get a new one that is powerful.

My budget is £200 but i want it to be able to handle most games that are out now like BF3 etc any suggestions?
