New Graphics cf or sli

Hi Just building a new pc about £1000 but need to no what the best graphic option would be. Lokking at maybe 2x 560ti 2gb or the ati 6950 2gb.

What do you think will be best or is there a better option. (single Card?)

Either of the 2 cards are great performers, the 6950 has better scaling though:
