Any of these Multiformat console releases are going to use exactly the same set of texture assets at the exact same resolution.
Any differences will be down to the quality of the drivers in terms of AA/AF levels.
Seeing as the PS3 and 360 basically have high end PC gfx cards from 2005 in them, its the same old argument Pc owners have over image quality between ATI (360) and PS3 (Nvidia).
To my eyes, ATI has always had the better image quality when it comes to AA and AF, hence why for the most part the 360 shots look better to me.
In terms of Gfx, i dont think there is hardly any difference in capability, i.e number of polygons on screen between the two consoles.
But i dont think anyone disputes that the PS3 Cell CPU does have more grunt than the 360's CPU.
