New graphics & System help

Hi Guys

Building a budget system for someone, it will have full watercooling and the following hardware
Phenom II x4 944 socket AM3
Asus M4a77t ATX 199
4 GB memory

What budget graphics card should I go for, They dont really play games but I wouldnt want the system to be limited for them.

Any help would be appreciated as I have not built a system in a while

Help with Graphics Card

Hi thanks for the reply

I wont be water cooling the Graphics card just the CPU
after talking to the owner they will play some games so yeah its for games too

Dont want to spend over £100 TBH

Not sure of Power Supply as it in a system I am upgrading
I seem to remember it was quite a high end power supply about 4 year ago but dont have the make or model with me.

I will go for the £110 card I think

Will purchase a power supply later if i need one, But hoping I can get away with the PSU thats in there.
