New graphics 9600GT or 8800GT??

I need new graphics on a pretty tight budget (around £130 max). I currently have the setup in my sig, and as you can see the graphics are a little outdated to say the least.
I've been looking at an 8800gt, but I think I'd need a new PSU too as mine is 3 years old now and probably doesn't put out anywhere near as much juice as it says, so then I'd be well over budget. So the new 9600gt looks interesting as it uses less power and I think i could get away with it as I am.
Anyone have any thoughts on which would be the better buy. I game at 1680x1050 and I'm not too bothered about playing the latest and greatest games, most of my time is spent on CS:S, BF2, Civ4, COH and Medieval2.
