Hi there,
I've recently refreshed my core hardware from a Core2Duo E5200/680i Sli/4x 1Gb combo to a Core i5 750/P55/2x 2Gb set-up, and am now contemplating upgrading my Graphics card from the current 8800GTS 512mb to a HD 5850 1Gb...
The one thing I'm not currently sure on is if I'll need to upgrade my PSU at the same time.
Currently, I'm running with an Antec NeoPower 550W unit.
The current hardware set-up stands at:
Do you reckon there'll be enough overhead to switch the 8800Gts for a HD 5850?
Or do I need to up it to a 650/750W PSU?
Cheers
Gavin

Do you reckon there'll be enough overhead to switch the 8800Gts for a HD 5850?
Or do I need to up it to a 650/750W PSU?
