New grips

My F650 grips are moving around on the bars which is dangerous and also annoying as the throttle grip sticks open sometimes.

Need a new set of grips, I have heated grips on the bike but they are not connected to anything just trailing wires behind the headlight can I check these are working by seeing if a current can pass through, I assume a broken set would like a toaster / fire / bulb / kettle not pass a current through.

Also has anyone changed there's to differnent types or shall I get some standard BMW ones, I have hand guards and winter gloves so not really worried about heated grips

Got my fastbike grips, they look quite nice, allthough I'm going to try and get the heated grips working first.

For glue for grips, apparantly hairspray is sufficient

This is a good link for testing heated grips, I just now need to find a multimeter
