New Gym, New routine

Managed to get a friend to sign up with me today at Cannons gym (incase anyone has heard of it). It is a 'fitness' gym with a pool etc but it's still fairly decent.

With all that carp aside, i'm looking for a little advice on a new routine. It's mostly machine based (it has a smith machine haha) with not much free weights. I might of spotted a squat rack but I can't quite remember.

So if anyone could give me a run down for a five day routine, that would be pretty awesome and much appretiated. Cardio on Tuesday and Thursday is covered, running/swimming.

(Yeah this is for gaining muscle)

Go to the sports forum and see Gordy R guide. Im gordons other half and he really knows his stuff. He trains very hard and knows all of the right exercises and its def been working for him. If you want to gain lean body mass and grow your muscles his your man :D

Already checked it a long time ago, it's a really good guide. Looking for a slightly different routine though.
