What's up with this? Does this have something to do with the C model decreasing in price?

It would seem like a C-model with additional inputs, A-FRC (and thus "non-true 10-bit", though still standard gamut) and proper aspect ratio control...

PS. Well, new in the Hazro homepage, it seems to be in OC shop already. Have they stopped manufacturing the A model (not seen on homepage anymore)? Is D the new A model?

Yes. It is the A model with an additional Display-Port, and just one VGA-Port. No other differences. I have received my HZ27WD glassless a week ago. I prefer it to the glass WA I had before, because of much less reflections (warranty replacement).

Is the only difference between C and D the ports and scaler? there's a £180 difference.

The A and D have a onscreen menu for adjustments of color… are HDCP compliant, and there was some difference too en bit depths. You should have a look at the specs on hazro.com

C version is 8bit panel.

A&D version are supposedly 10bit, but I've heard 8bit+AFC to hit 10bit.

All in all, pointless. Nothing takes advantage of it.

I read that before, that they wern't really 10bit panels despite the advertising.

I just ordered one. I couldn't afford it at nearly £600, but at nearly £500 it's just within budget.
